I have crosses in my house, but I dont wear any jewelry other than my wedding band

I only wear a crucifix. It reminds me of the pain, suffering, and sacrifice God (Father/Son/Holy Ghost) undertook for MY sins.
(many old-fashioned Lutherans and other non-Catholics wear crucifixes for this reason, instead of the plain cross)

Sometimes I wear a fake wedding ring when I go to the VA because of the harassment by male Veterans. I shouldn't have to do this
